Training Progress ...

So I think I'll log my training progress under this thread.

I can now deadlift 315 lbs

I could swim laps before but only doing breast stroke. Today, I did 1/2 of the lap with crawl, and the other 1/2 coming back with breast stroke.

I have been starting to train again for kung fu. My biggest problem is in getting my muscles "aligned" and flexiblility to move my body in the way I want to move it. Mentally, I am all there, however it is a challange physically mostly due to flexiblity.

That is ongoing and yesterday, I trained after pumping and it felt so much better. Today, it was MUCH smoother!
