According to this show, I believe called Beastly Countdown on Wild Discovery on Discovery channel, this animal:

The shoebill stork, is considered the #1 ugliest animal on the planet. In fact, it is so ungraceful that it tips it's head until the weight of it's beak makes it fall over into the water to catch it's prey! LoL. When you look at it though, it looks a LOT like a dinosaur!

Amidst mounting evidence that the dinos evolved into birds, this stork really fits the bill.
