A great day of dancing and modelling!

Despite the sleeplessness today, I have had a great day so far, and it is only 1700h!

My day started off at 10a, having slept for a mere 3 hrs when Melanie called to pick me up. We then proceeded to Adrian's house where we were almost hit by another car! We were inches away from hitting it, and if it was a difference of a second, it could've been my death. The moron of a driver cutting across the road clearly knew it was his fault as he didn't give me eye contact as I stared him down on behalf of Mellie.

After picking Adrian up, we headed to Thornhill for the OF fashion show and dance audition! Wow, having so many hot asian girls in one lil caf made it a lil tough to focus on the job at hand. That, coupled with my sleeplessness, was going to spell disaster for my dance audition!

Then heaven sent down it's helping hand, in the form of none other than Terry Go, the leader of VYBE! Energetic, pretty cute and amazing to watch, she managed to catch and keep my attention through the choreography learning session. The result being a fun audition where I did pretty well. Hopefully I made it through the cut!

Next in line, even though it really "wasn't my thing", was the fashion show walk. Although I simply auditioned for the dance, I was required to do the walk. Fortunately, I had just watched Zoolander last week, so I managed to steal the stunning Magnum look to aid in attempting to secure a place in the OF show. Modelling was actually pretty fun! We got to pose, walk to the beat and even do creative stuff, unlike the professional modelling you see on TV.

My biggest regret of the day was having brought my camera and not taking any pictures!

Upon reaching home, I saw a rainbow! A nice giant one reaching from the heavens above to the grounds below. It was such a beautiful sight! However, by the time Mellie dropped me off, it must have vanished. I went back out in search of it around my neighbourhood, hoping to snap a picture as is my hobby these days. Unfortunately, it was no where to be seen.

Great day so far to 17:00h, a result of great company. Going to have bubbles with the kung fu crew tonight although it seems most people won't be around.
