Newly opened Tako Sushi offering 20% off until ... well ... today.

First of all, sorry for the lack of food pictures. The hunger kicked in and I devoured the food as it was placed in front of me rather than shoot it.I guess everyone is on this store’s case. You will experience longer than usual waits at this recently opened store at Bristol and Hurontario in Mississauga. We waited about 30 minutes past our reservation time. However, the food is well worth the wait.

The spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls that we started off with did go down smooth. The salmon especially felt like it melted in our mouths.

Our sushi boat’s tuna and salmon sashimi was also delicious, and we had nice thick chunks of flesh.

Add in two servings of a succulent bacon wrapped scallop, spider roll, dynamite roll, oyster soup and two lobsters and the overall damage after tax was $96 for six of us.

Not a bad, overall. I’d give it a 4/5 only because I had a slight allergic reaction to the second lobster somehow.
