If you can’t be at the super bowl making pictures, then make pictures from your home. It was a touching moment as Drew Brees carried his son, sharing a once in a lifetime moment with little Brees.
Long overdue picture post
And this past week in sports … and other news ….
The St. Mikes Majors are finally pretty good. As my editor says though, OHL hockey is cyclical because people only stay for four years or so. Then all their old guys go to the NHL or retire. Then they start to suck, until they hit rock bottom and get the best draft picks. The Majors look really good this year though and I’m looking to hopefully shoot some Memorial cup!
Flag football … it’s all about the catch … ‘cuz after that, the action more or less stops.
This kid barely escaped getting his ass whopped by a baseball.
I love the farmer’s market. Lots of fresh goodies. Some guy gave me a whole basket of peaches for taking his picture! I’m not quite into peaches but I gave them to my parents who said they were good!
Ribbon dances are always pretty fun to shoot. Not as fun in the RBC Theatre where there is next to no light! Give me Hamerson Hall any day of the week!
Love the Tango!
I was disappointed when they didn’t pull a Michael Jackson!
50 tonnes of raw steel being hoisted up by 550 ton capacity cranes. The catch … at bout 30 degrees out, the laws of physics already stretch the load limit of those cranes.
These guys deserve some kinda gratitude for dealing with monstrous metal pieces overnight just so we can drive safely across the highway.
I wonder what this guy was thinking as he saw that 50 tonne steel girder head towards him.
This guy is famous! If you haven’t heard of Clarence “Frogman” Henry … you are not alone. I didn’t know of him either before this assignment, but he’s some super famous blues singer from New Orleans. Really cool guy!
This guy built an entire bridge out of K’Nex pieces that spanned his swimming pool. It was strong enough to hold his weight. I was pretty amazed.
St. Mikes Majors fitness test.
